The winter woods…

The new shoots of honeysuckle start growing early in the year.

Near Petch bridge next to the old coppiced oak trees.

Hoof-prints in the sand by the beck – evidence of the deer who graze in the wood.

The steps up the middle of the wood with Pendulous Sedge growing either side.
