    3. I have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with the uses to be made by the Tees Valley Wildlife Trust or the Heritage Lottery Fund.
    4. By adding images to the website I grant the Tees Valley Wildlife Trust and the Heritage Lottery Fund a non exclusive licence to reproduce publish or exhibit in any media the images connected with this project. This may include but is not limited to exhibition displays, use on websites, radio, and for use in press releases giving information on the Woodland Diaries project, or the wider work of Teesside Wildlife Trust and the Heritage Lottery Fund.
